Junior Corporate Associate

About the role

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys, is seeking an associate with one to three years of experience in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence
• Support deal execution across all phases of transactions
• Leverage firm-supported legal technology and AI tools to streamline due diligence, analyze transaction documents, and improve overall deal execution

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in corporate work in a law firm setting
