Responsibilities
- Act as a utility player across Payer Sciences teams, providing reference research, annotation support, simple manuscript drafting, and preparing deliverables for medical/legal/regulatory review with accurate referencing and regulatory compliance.
- Cope with multiple projects from kickoff to field implementation, interact with clients on a regular basis, and communicate effectively with all team members.
- Embrace new ideas and think strategically to develop concepts, solutions, and messaging, in collaboration with other Payer Sciences team members.
- Understand agency process and guidelines, including time management and attention to detail.
- Maintain knowledge of a variety of therapeutic categories.
- Participate in idea generation at an individual and group level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of agency copywriting experience or equivalent (inclusive of internship experience).
- Experience writing for payer/managed markets audiences preferred.
- Professional maturity, integrity, rigor, and a positive attitude.
- Flexible and collaborative style.
- Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of marketing communications materials, both digital and print.
- Experience with current communications technology and media channels; experience with digital media a plus.
- Self-motivated to work independently.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- BA/BS degree with coursework emphasis in English, journalism, communications, or a science preferred.
