Junior Copywriter

Boll & Branch is seeking a Junior Copywriter to join its dynamic Creative Team. This role offers an entry point into a fast-paced environment where great writing and results are valued.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Writing Support: Write and edit copy across various channels and formats, including email, paid media, organic social, web, CRM, and promotional campaigns.
• Seasonal Campaign Execution: Contribute clear, on-brand copy that serves both creative and business goals during seasonal campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, brand, and marketing partners, attending kickoffs, creative reviews, and copy meetings.
• Craft & Development: Adhere to the Boll & Branch brand voice and copy standards, actively engaging with AI tools, and maintaining high standards for writing and self-editing.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in creative writing, marketing, English, or a similar field.
• Strong foundational writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to write across formats and adapt tone for different channels and audiences.
• Comfortable taking direction and incorporating feedback constructively.
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about and comfort with AI writing tools; willingness to experiment and learn.
• A positive attitude and collaborative spirit: you're a team player who's excited to pitch in wherever needed.
• Experience or genuine interest in luxury, home, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating clear, compelling communication across formats.

The primary location for this role is Summit, NJ or New York, NY. We operate under a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week in the office (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and remote flexibility. The annual base salary range is $55,000 to $85,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life/AD&D insurance; commuter benefits; HSA/FSA; STD/LTD; and employee assistance program.
