At Aesthetix Media, every new team member — regardless of experience level — goes through our comprehensive bootcamp training program. You'll receive hands-on training in:

• Content workflow management and process optimization
• Project management tools (ClickUp) for editorial operations
• Brand voice guidelines and tone adaptation across med spa clients
• Med spa terminology, treatments, and industry-specific language
• Editorial calendar planning, scheduling, and execution

Hands-on from week one.

Who We're Looking For

Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or Project Management.

Requirements

• Experience with content management systems and editorial workflows
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
• Understanding of copywriting workflows from brief to final delivery
• Basic knowledge of SEO content principles and keyword integration

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Coordinate copywriting assignments across the content team
• Manage editorial calendars for multiple med spa clients
• Review copy for brand consistency, tone, and accuracy
• Track project timelines and flag potential delays early
• Liaise between copywriters and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Maintain and update content style guides for each client account
• Organize content assets in shared drives and project management tools
• Ensure on-time delivery of all content projects
• Quality-check all copy before submission to clients or publishing
• Support senior content strategists with research and content planning
