Junior Contract Recruiter
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an experienced Junior Contract Recruiter to support one of their global aerospace clients. This is a long-term temporary position expected to last a minimum of 1 year with potential for extension up to 5 years based on business needs.
About the Role
This role requires at least 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience for hourly production/manufacturing positions. Candidates must be capable of visiting Midland, GA at least once per month and possess a High School diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly production/light industrial roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Prescreen prospective candidates and submit resumes to hiring managers
- Participate in interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview logistics
- Manage the candidate review and selection process to ensure timely progress
- Represent the company at onsite job fairs and other hiring events
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience for hourly production/manufacturing positions
- Ability to visit Midland, GA at least once per month
- High School diploma/GED
