Junior Commercial Litigation Associate (San Antonio)

Dykema's San Antonio office is seeking a highly motivated associate with 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience to join our team. We will also consider candidates who are completing a judicial clerkship and are interested in transitioning to private practice.

About the role

The associate will work on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through motion practice, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and appeals, as applicable.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to practice law in Texas is required
