Altium Wealth is seeking a strategic professional to join our growing Client Service team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and advisors, delivering quality service both internally and externally.
- Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including post-meeting documentation and follow-up.
- Schedule meetings including confirmation emails.
- Use the group's different applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete/coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance requests.
- Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to make sure client's needs are met while following compliance standards.
- Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor to ensure accuracy.
- Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Financial Services.
- 1+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel a plus).
- Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Pay
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact amount is dependent on experience).
