About the role
Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with national practice, is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice in our Charlotte office.
Responsibilities
- One to three years of commercial lending or other transactional experience
- A working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions

- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred
