Requirements
- 3-5 years of legal experience
- Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a specialized practice
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters
Qualifications
- Prior experience with corporate trust work, structured finance, debt financing transactions, or bankruptcy is helpful
