Junior Buyer

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years purchasing experience or related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent encouraged, not required.
• Ability to efficiently and creatively collect, research and analyze data to make decisions and solve problems.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Responds well to questions, with clear precise answers.
• Participates regularly in meetings, communicating in a positive manner with all levels of personnel (written and oral).
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software required.
• Understanding of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations).

Pay

The pay range for this position is a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $25.00. Exact pay will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
