Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities using targeted sales strategies and tools like CRM systems and market research platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering support.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to retain and expand client accounts, meeting monthly revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue generation through successful sales efforts and achieve or exceed sales goals while tracking metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Deliver informative presentations to potential clients at meetings, exhibits, and conferences.
  • Develop and manage a database of prospective clients, conducting outbound sales activities.
  • Gather project requirements from clients and coordinate with the technical team for timely service delivery.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Generate prospects and bid on projects using lead generation and bidding platforms.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with the sales and development teams.

  • Experience with Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office
  • CRM experience is preferred
