Junior Business Central ERP Consultant

About the role

Location: Onsite in Coatesville, PA. Full‑time position.

Aerzen USA Corp. is an international manufacturer of positive displacement blowers, hybrid blowers, screw compressors and turbo blowers. Their machines are used in air and gas applications across industries such as wastewater, cement, biogas, pharmaceutical and food.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications.
• Helpdesk support: resolve user issues, monitor and manage incoming tickets.
• Document, categorize, and resolve tickets in accordance with IT policies.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
• Assist users with Business Central processes across Finance, Operations, and Service.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support creation of knowledge‑base articles and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments.
• Support users across multiple subsidiaries and departments.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP systems.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Valid passport and ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.
