Junior AV Maintenance/Helpdesk Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform PMIs on AV equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues before they become critical
- Respond immediately to helpdesk tickets related to AV equipment issues and provide timely support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AV equipment and systems
- Install AV equipment and systems as per industry and client specifications
- Terminate all types of AV connections, both analog and digital
- Maintain trouble tickets and keep accurate logs of all repairs, installations, and maintenance activities
- Assist in the performance of Repair Services
- Maintain inventories of installed and spare parts and equipment
- Handle the complexity of Maintenance issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant or similar role
- Clearance: Secret
- Certifications: Avixa CTS or CAVT
- The contractor shall provide help desk support to receive emails or phone calls for equipment failure and notification of system disruptions
- Help desk personnel shall provide responses to audio-visual operational inquiries and requests.
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet
Schedule
Help desk shall be operational on-site from 6:00am to 6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday (except holidays).
