Junior Art Director

Your Role

Support a senior creative team with concept and design across everything with campaigns, brands, social, film, weird one-offs that don’t fit in a neat box
Work alongside writers, strategists, and other creatives to build ideas (not just executions)
Take taste to type, image, composition, motion, all of it
Sweat the details and the big idea
Help make the work better, not just yours but everyone’s

What You Bring

• 0–3 years experience (agency, studio, or scrappy self-made path—we don’t care how you got here)
• A portfolio with brand ideas in it. Strong design skills: typography, layout, hierarchy, systems
• Curiosity about the world beyond advertising
• The ability to move fast without getting sloppy
• Energy. We can feel it or we can’t.
