Junior Advisor

An established and growing independent wealth management firm is seeking a Junior Financial Advisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused advisor looking to work directly with an experienced lead advisor, build relationships, and take ownership of an existing client base over time.Responsibilities include:Participate in client meetings and financial planning discussionsAssist with retirement, investment, and wealth planning strategiesService an assigned book of clients and provide ongoing relationship managementPrepare financial plans, investment reviews, and client recommendationsSupport business development and client retention effortsEnsure compliance with all industry and regulatory requirements Qualifications:CFP® designation required (or actively completing final requirements)Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7, 63 & 65Financial planning and client-facing experienceStrong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skillsDesire to grow within a highly collaborative advisory practiceCompensation: Competitive base salary, bonus potential, and long-term growth opportunity.
