Responsibilities

• Process and code high-volume vendor invoices and subcontractor payment applications.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Assist in the weekly check run process and electronic fund transfers.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job cost allocation.
• Verify job costs and ensure all financial documentation complies with industry regulations and company policies.
