Junior Accountant - Accounting Specialist I (AP) (Bilingual KOR/ENG)

Responsibilities

• Timely processing of accounts payable related transactions involving high volume vendor invoices
• Verify data in the system through review and supporting documentation examination for accuracy, proper authorization, correct department obligations and appropriate allocations
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve invoice disputes through communications with vendors and/or internal Team/Department members
• Aid with month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Assist with other special projects as assigned

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience with computerized accounting system (SAP R3 experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with strong customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and work prioritization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Must speak, read, and write Korean and have basic English comprehension required
• 1-4 years experience in an applicable field is preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word

Salary: $48,100 - $102,700
