Junior account executive, North America

At AlisQI, we're seeking a Junior Account Executive for the North America region. Based anywhere in the United States or in the European Union, working US hours.

About the role

You'll own the top of the North American funnel end-to-end, from spotting the right signals to running discovery calls. You'll work closely with a GTM engineer to build and scale outreach campaigns using AI and automation. Your job is to bring the human signal and test, learn, and feed everything back into the system.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the GTM engineer to define and refine signal-based account lists.
  • Engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and warm follow-ups triggered by signals and content engagement.
  • No cold calling. Reach VP Operations and Plant Managers directly.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from marketing, events, and the website.
  • Run discovery calls in the NA region. Map the prospect's operational reality, maturity level, and fit using our discovery framework.
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to the senior Account Executive, who takes complex deals to close.
  • Test outreach hypotheses with the GTM engineer. Document what works and feed the playbook.
  • Keep HubSpot clean. Maintain connections outside of work to avoid isolation.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with real-time discovery exposure.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial software is a plus.
  • Genuinely good on a first discovery call.
  • Curious by default. Want to understand why a prospect ghosted or why a message landed.
  • Comfortable working with a technical counterpart (GTM engineer) without needing to write code.
  • Write clearly and concisely in English. A second language is welcome.
  • Organized enough to manage a large book of active accounts without losing track.
  • Take ownership. Don't wait to be told what to do next.
