Responsibilities
- Aid senior account managers with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Cook up client meetings, jot down detailed notes, and handle follow-up tasks.
- Give prompt replies to client queries through email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
- Maintain and update client records within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Collaborate across internal teams (sales, compliance, technical services) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Spot opportunities for enhancing client relationships and share these insights with senior team members.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are key.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- An proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about cybersecurity and compliance are valued.
- A basic understanding of CRM software (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.
