About the role
Scheck Hillel School is experiencing exciting growth and is looking to build a pool of talented Judaic Studies educators for its upper school (grades 6th-12th).
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing yet challenging learning environment for students.
- Teach Judaic Studies courses to students in grades 6th-12th.
- Implement effective teaching strategies based on pedagogical practices and learning theories.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of teaching experience in an Upper school setting (grades 6-12).
- A valid teaching certification is preferred.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of pedagogical practices and learning theories.
