About The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Jr. (Technical) Account Manager to sit at the intersection of our clients, our integration team, and our data analysts. This is a relationship-driven role with a technical core: you will own the client experience from onboarding through ongoing partnership, keep technical setups moving, and act as the bridge between marketers, game developers, backend engineers, and our internal teams. This is a junior-level role designed for someone with some initial experience who is eager to learn quickly and grow into greater ownership over time within a remote-first company. It is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the Americas or Europe — the regions where most of our clients are based — reporting directly to the founding team.

What You'll Do

  • Client Onboarding & Technical Setup: Guide new clients through onboarding and get them set up for success with our tools and platforms. Support our integration team and data analysts throughout setup processes—coordinating timelines, gathering requirements, and keeping implementations on track. Help clients connect their data—tracking, attribution, APIs and related integrations—by working hands-on with the right people on both sides.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Mediation: Act as the central bridge between our internal integration team and data analysts on one side, and the client's marketing team and game development or backend engineering on the other. Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders so requirements, blockers, and expectations are clearly understood by everyone. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues, following them through to resolution.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building: Be the primary day-to-day point of contact across the full lifecycle of your clients' games—not only during onboarding, but whenever new needs arise, such as setting up tracking for a new influencer campaign, supporting a launch or major content beat, or making quick adjustments when plans shift. Ensure clients get real, measurable value from our tools and identify opportunities to deepen the relationship over time. Relay market and product feedback internally to inform product, positioning, and roadmap decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Initial professional experience in account management, customer success, technical support, integrations, or a similar client-facing role.
  • A profound understanding of—and genuine experience with—the PC and console gaming industry, including how games are marketed and how product lifecycles work from announcement to launch and beyond.
  • Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, data integrations, tracking and attribution; you don't need to write code, but you should be able to speak the language.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate clearly between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A self-directed, autonomous working style—you take ownership of your accounts and thrive without micromanagement.
  • A learning mindset and clear ambition to grow into greater responsibility over time.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team, and open to occasionally flexing your hours around client needs—such as taking an evening call with a client in another time zone and starting later the next day in return.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a technical account management, customer success, or onboarding role at a gaming, adtech, or SaaS company.
  • Existing relationships at indie studios, publishing labels, or gaming agencies—additional languages a plus.
  • Hands-on familiarity with gaming-specific platforms and tooling—Steam / Steamworks, console storefronts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo), and their analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, analytics, or attribution platforms in gaming, and with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, APIs, or SQL—our platform, TRACKS, runs in a cloud environment alongside these, so comfort here helps, though no deep technical knowledge is required.
