Skills

• Tax knowledge related to year-end tax reporting for 1099s and 1042-S forms
• Highly skilled in customer service, ability to work independently
• Soft skills as they will be on the phones with FA/CSAs
• Eagerness to learn and ability to analyze issues and escalate

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• Prior experience in the Financial Industry is HIGHLY preferred
• Understanding of client service, process controls, with the ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Superior Communication Skills, both oral and written

Schedule

Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days on site per week. Candidates must be flexible to work late and weekends if needed during the months of Jan to April (tax season).
