Jr & Sr CAD / DRAFTSMAN (Land Surveying or Engineering experience)

About the role

Sliger & Associates Inc. is a Port Orange, FL-based land surveying and engineering services firm with over 50 years of family ownership. They are seeking drug-free, experienced, and hardworking individuals for the following full-time position: CAD Technician.

Responsibilities

• Quickly adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Work directly with construction services projects, land development sites, and home builder service jobs
• Meet tight deadlines and manage time efficiently
• Adhere to job budgets set by project managers
• Accurately estimate drawing time and calculate job profitability
• Show superior accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Solve problems and research discrepancies
• Show impeccable organization skills
• Adapt and perform with little or no daily direction
• Work professionally with office management and clients

Requirements

• Mastery of Carlson surveying software
• Mastery of Windows OS and all MS office products
• Able to accurately estimate drawing time and calculate job profitability
• Superior accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Problem solver
• Able to research discrepancies
• Impeccable organization skills
• Able to adapt and perform with little or no daily direction
• Presentable and professional demeanor

Qualifications

• CST Level I, II, or III certificates preferred
• Local candidates only
