CACI is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer with 1-3 years’ experience managing the ServiceNow platform or similar, following ITIL methodology with a focus on ITSM and record producer business processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform ServiceNow Service Portal configurations and deployments
- Develop Service Portal widgets and capabilities
- Test software for bugs and performance during all stages of development to ensure it behaves as designed
- Leverage UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts
- Implement ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and ACL management
- Work with other developers and Scrum Master to communicate current development effort status and blockers in daily Scrum meetings
- Assist with maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques during development
Requirements
- Current IAT Level II Certification (Security+ or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and people skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with ServiceNow Development using:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Actions
- ITSM
- Understanding of best practices across commercial and federal sectors related to workflow and process management
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Qualifications
- JavaScript
- Web technologies (HTML or XML)
- Employee Center Pro
- Experience in Scrum and Agile frameworks, including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation
- ITIL4 certification (desired)
- ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA) (desired)

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position is $72,700 - $149,200. Final salary is influenced by factors including geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
