Jr. Sales Support Analyst
About the role
Support the wholesale sales team by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Release orders in all divisions to Essentus.
- Enter e-mailed and faxed orders.
- Audit and release order confirmations.
- Process all QR orders.
- Manually reduce bulks based on transmitted orders.
- Release orders.
- Notify Planners on over projected styles.
- Make reductions/cancellations on orders due to inventory.
- Process requests of changes to existing orders.
- Key specialty orders.
- Process sample requests.
- Assist the Sales Representatives by auditing and keying order confirmations for major accounts as needed.
- Research status of existing orders.
- Enter PWO's.
Requirements
- High School education.
- 0-2 years of experience.
