Jr. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist

What You'll Do

• Entering and managing insurance authorizations

• Conducting weekly insurance eligibility and benefits verification

• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly billing claims

• Performing pre-billing quality assurance checks

• Supporting patient responsibility collections

• Following up with insurance payors and assisting with accounts receivable

• Monitoring unconverted sessions and identifying billing issues before they become larger problems

  Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, OR equivalent experience/billing certification

  • 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, or healthcare administration

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

  • Able to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency

  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
