Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager

Essential Functions

• LEAD AND SUPERVISE REVENUE CYCLE STAFF
• MONITOR AND REPORT STAFF PRODUCTIVITY
• OPTIMIZE REVENUE CYCLE PROCESSES
• ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY STANDARDS
• COLLABORATE WITH EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance reimbursement, account collections, coding, and medical terminology.
• Significant experience performing and managing billing services for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Advanced proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPC certification and/or CPB certification preferred.
• Previous managerial experience necessary.

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience, relevant certification/education, and relevant RCM software proficiency.
