About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions to streamline medical billing processes and improve efficiency in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Work closely with product management to define and prioritize features
• Develop and maintain software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and processes
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to other engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
