About the role
We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Professional in Tampa, FL to support our Program Management Team. You’ll work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting, and subcontractor invoicing. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree; (OR) equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
- At least 5 years of project cost controls experience.
- Experience with Project Controls Tools: EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
- Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems.
- Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts.
- Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
- MS Office skills to include Excel.
- Intermediate skills with My Payables, Unifier, IPCS, and Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools.
- Cost estimating experience.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $95,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
