About the Role
As part of a project controls team, develop and maintain program, design, and construction schedules. Coordinate and gather project status information from Project Managers to update program level schedule; prepare reports; cost and resource loading; identify and record project changes, trends, risks, and opportunities. Review Program level schedule and create summary cashflow report.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and gather project status information from PMs and CMs to update project budget and cost reports
- Track changes, trends, and risks
- Support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs
- Tracking and reporting of project progress and performance
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s in finance or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience on project controls and cost management
- Hands-on expertise in using project management tools such as MS Project, etc.
- Experience working with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Portfolio Management
- Expertise in MS Excel and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of data analytical tools like Microsoft Dynamics Database, Power BI, Tableau preferred
- Proven abilities to work with cultural and emotional intelligence, to improve team engagement.
- Possess exceptional communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly and utilizing the same productively.
