Jr. Process Technician- 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Supply production areas with raw materials and maintain material handling equipment.
• Prepare molds, tools, and auxiliary equipment for machine set-ups and changeovers.
• Assist with mold installations, start-ups, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Learn troubleshooting and process-related skills through a structured training program.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete assigned training, coursework, and hands-on learning activities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Schedule
