About the role
The Junior Plumber supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in custom and luxury residential homes. This role works alongside senior plumbers to learn best practices while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supports rough-ins, trim-outs, and fixture installations
- Contributes to high-quality craftsmanship
- Develops technical skills in a custom home environment
- Works alongside senior plumbers to learn best practices
- Ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and company standards
- Works out in the summer heat as well as in tight spaces as needed
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction
- Driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Own hand tools used by plumbing mechanics
