We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a dynamic corporate legal team. This hands-on, execution-focused role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision and managing large document sets under tight deadlines. You will be instrumental in coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of critical legal documentation, directly impacting the company’s global compliance and operational efficiency. Your contributions will be central to maintaining organized, audit-ready legal records and facilitating smooth corporate transactions across various international landscapes, providing a direct impact on the company’s operational success and legal integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection of signatures for a large volume of corporate legal documents.
  • Manage e-signature workflows using leading e-signature solutions and oversee wet-ink execution logistics across diverse time zones.
  • Track signature status diligently and follow up with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to maintain execution schedules.
  • Verify completed signature pages for accuracy, authority, and completeness prior to filing.
  • Collaborate with the corporate compliance and governance team to prepare, execute, and file corporate documents within internal systems.
  • Track executed documents and ensure their timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain organized, audit-ready file structures for executed documents across all applicable entities and jurisdictions.
  • Upload, index, and tag documents within the legal repository or a robust document management system.
  • Identify and flag any gaps, missing documents, or execution defects for review.
  • Prepare document binders, closing sets, and status trackers as requested.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of paralegal, legal operations, or legal administrative experience, gained in either a law firm or in-house setting.
  • Familiarity with e-signature platforms and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams simultaneously.
  • Comfort working across various jurisdictions and coordinating globally.
  • High attention to detail, as accuracy in this role directly impacts compliance and legal validity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

  • Exposure to corporate transactions, entity management, or closings.
  • Experience with legal tracking tools.
