About the role
We are partnering with a global leader dedicated to transforming how businesses manage and protect their data. As a vital member of their legal team, you will play a critical role in a high-volume corporate legal document initiative that spans multiple global jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Cook up the collection of signatures for a large volume of corporate legal documents.
- Manage e-signature workflows using leading e-signature solutions and oversee wet-ink execution logistics across diverse time zones.
- Track signature status diligently and follow up with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to maintain execution schedules.
- Verify completed signature pages for accuracy, authority, and completeness prior to filing.
- Collaborate with the corporate compliance and governance team to prepare, execute, and file corporate documents within internal systems.
- Track executed documents and ensure their timely resolution.
- Build and maintain organized, audit-ready file structures for executed documents across all applicable entities and jurisdictions.
- Upload, index, and tag documents within the legal repository or a robust document management system.
- Identify and flag any gaps, missing documents, or execution defects for review.
- Prepare document binders, closing sets, and status trackers as requested.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of paralegal, legal operations, or legal administrative experience, gained in either a law firm or in-house setting.
- Familiarity with e-signature platforms and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams simultaneously.
- Comfort working across various jurisdictions and coordinating globally.
- A high attention to detail, as accuracy in this role directly impacts compliance and legal validity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to corporate transactions, entity management, or closings.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with legal tracking tools.
