Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
- Perform training needs analysis and develop training materials.
- Facilitate change adoption and readiness activities.
- Audit and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
- Apply agile change management practices.
- Cook up and maintain documentation for projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, including 2–3 years supporting IT initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT change management projects in complex organizations.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred).
