We need to output only HTML fragment, with headings for sections that have real content. We need to parse the job posting. First, remove boilerplate: classification, hours, FLSA, anticipated hiring salary range? Actually salary is given: "Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,570* per month (Step 1)". That is a specific salary figure. So we should include a Pay section with that info. However note rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Here we have a specific salary range: $4,570 per month (Step 1). So we can include Pay section. Hours: "Full-time / 40 hours per week". That's schedule. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: The posting mentions "As one of the 22 campuses in the CSU system, CSUMB offers excellent benefits, including access to below-market-rate rental housing on East Campus, and competitive salaries for faculty and staff." Also earlier: "CSUMB provides pay scales representing its good faith estimate...". Benefits: mention below-market-rate rental housing on East Campus. Also maybe other benefits not detailed. We have some benefits statement. So we can include Benefits section with that info. We also have "About Csumb" section describing university. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About Csumb" is about the university, not role. The instructions: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have "Purpose" paragraph describing role. That could be "About the role". Or we could treat as summary. We have "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES" which is responsibilities. We have "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" which is skills. We have "Minimum Qualifications" which is qualifications. We also have "Other Functions" maybe part of responsibilities. We have "Classification: Marketing Communications Professional I" maybe not needed as heading. We have "Priority Screening Date: October 18, 2026 Recruitment Status: Open Until Filled" - minor metadata, can be folded into short p or dropped. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, responsibilities, knowledge, skills, qualifications, etc. Must not omit details. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content is list vs prose. The duties are long paragraphs with many sentences; could be formatted as

    • each duty? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should break duties into list items. Similarly for knowledge, skills, abilities maybe list. For qualifications maybe list. We need to preserve all substantive information; we cannot summarize. So we need to include each duty as separate list item, preserving the text exactly (or close). Must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to copy the duty sentences as list items. We have many duties under categories: Multimedia Editing, Post-Production & Digital Asset Management; Video Capture & Multimedia Production; Post-Production, Multimedia Editing & Asset Management (duplicate? Actually there is a section with similar name); Photography & Visual Storytelling; Other Functions. We need to ensure we don't duplicate headings. We'll create a single Responsibilities section with all duties as list items. We need to include the "Purpose" paragraph maybe as prose under About the role. We need to include Benefits: "excellent benefits, including access to below-market-rate rental housing on East Campus, and competitive salaries for faculty and staff." Also maybe mention "CSUMB offers excellent benefits, including access to below-market-rate rental housing on East Campus, and competitive salaries for faculty and staff." That's it. Pay: "$4,570* per month (Step 1)". Also note there is a footnote * maybe referencing something. We'll keep as is. Schedule: "Full-time / 40 hours per week". We also have classification etc but not needed. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
