As an Employer Implementation Analyst, you’ll deliver top-notch service by supporting stakeholders throughout onboarding, new business, and ongoing initiatives, while effectively educating them on the value proposition of our clients' products and services through proven project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Regularly successfully onboard clients to the platform, configure plans, and manage renewals with a 98.5%+ success rate, ensuring accurate setup and documentation.
- Enroll employees via EDI or manual processes and handle eligibility updates including new hires, changes, and terminations.
- Provide responsive service by analyzing and resolving client, plan, and customer escalations within a 3–5-day window, including card and claim issues.
- Identify process gaps, recommend and implement improvements, and contribute to the development of best practices and supporting documentation.
- Maintain high data integrity by capturing and inputting employer and participant information accurately across systems.
- Monitor trends, proactively address issues, and ensure clients are leveraging best practice solutions for optimal platform use.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience working with employer groups is preferred. 1+ years’ experience in health insurance or consumer directed products such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc. whether at an agency, TPA, health plan or financial intuition is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
