Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned program items to help ensure they progress through the required system and workflow steps.
- Support internal and external problem report analysis related to design, development, and production activities.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and documentation to support system accuracy and audit needs.
- Participate in program meetings and assist with Review Board meetings when needed.
- Respond to user questions about workflow processes and help troubleshoot issues within the PLM environment.
- Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement efforts across systems and processes.
- Support change management activities and help resolve issues that affect assigned workflows.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience as noted in the job requirements.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially for creating reports, metrics, and documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to change management and workflow processes.
- Experience working in structured, process-driven environments.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with PDM software, especially Windchill.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP environments.
- Process improvement or optimization experience.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense-related work.
