Jr. Graphic Designer/Production Artist

About the role

A Real Estate client is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer/Production Artist to work with their team onsite in Denver. This is a 40 hour/week, ongoing, contract opportunity requiring 5 days/week onsite. There is potential for this contract to convert to fulltime for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation to produce large marketing presentations.
• Prepare property marketing materials including flyers, presentations, direct mail, tour books and other documents requiring a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are brand consistent and follow corporate graphic standards.
• Update and maintain professional profiles and other marketing related material as needed.
• Type, format and produce documents such as presentations, correspondence, standard reports with an attention to detail.
• Create e-blasts and mailers and access the team database to construct contact lists.

Requirements

• 1+ year of print production experience
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization (law firm experience a plus)
• High level of proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Mapping and database software
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities
• Ability to work efficiently autonomously as well as a member of the team
• Proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy and meet assigned deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience working with a CRM, particularly Salesforce
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
