Jr. Graphic Artist

Responsibilities

• Aid in the design, creation, and editing of still and motion graphics.
• Deliver graphic elements and motion graphic packages as per the specifications for broadcast.
• Assist senior artists with editing and proofreading duties.
• Assist in the archival and retrieval of graphic assets and project files.
• Conduct research and request photos from photo editors.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.
• At least one year of professional experience in film, TV, or advertising, specifically in motion graphics.
• Show proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Have knowledge of various audio, video, and image file formats and the ability to convert or compress them to various required specifications.
• Be willing to work overtime and be flexible with hours, including work on holidays and weekends.

Desired Characteristics

• Exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Display self-direction and strong organizational abilities.
• Show proficiency in Cinema 4D.
• Be able to work under intense deadlines and quickly edit or adjust segments for broadcast “day of”.

Pay

$65,000 - $70,000.
