Pay

$22.00–$24.00 per hour. On-site housing is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
• Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied, and kept clean
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in working order
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
• Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc.
• Clean storage and common areas including clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records
• Safely store chemicals, cleaning products, and hazardous materials
• Maintain work, supply carts, and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
• Assist with snow removal as needed

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule (weekends, overtime, on-call)
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license or ability to use alternative transportation at your own expense
• Proof of insurance if driving your own vehicle for work-related duties

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other company-operated locations, and tasks away from a single assigned location.
