Jr. AP Specialist
Invoice Processing
- Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
- Perform initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all vendor accounts.
- Review and approve new supplier requests, checking questionnaires, required tax forms (W-9s), and bank details for electronic payments.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and address payment-related issues.
- Continuously work to improve payment processes.

Education
- High school diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
Experience
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable is not required but highly beneficial.
Pay
Base salary range: $45-50K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Schedule
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.
