AP Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, resolving questions and discrepancies.
• Aid with account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
• Maintain accurate AP records while ensuring timely payments.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and maintain financial accuracy.

Requirements

• Previous Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience processing a high volume of invoices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of general ledger systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$48,520–$52,440 annually
