Job Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor relationships, including resolving invoice discrepancies, handling payment inquiries, and maintaining accurate vendor records
- Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger support as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, three-way matching, and general ledger coding
- Strong ERP system knowledge
