Key Responsibilities
- Drive engagement with National Accounts through proactive outreach, scenario submissions, and leading problem resolution
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with MLOs and brokers within assigned National Accounts
- Provide outreach to branches and MLOs via introductory calls, emails, and video meetings, leveraging company marketing materials and scripts
- Understand client needs and assist in building tailored Non-QM lending solutions
- Pipeline Development & Sales Support: Generate and provide qualified referrals and pipeline opportunities to Account Executives (AEs)
- Aid in initial scenario follow-up by coordinating with the Scenario Desk for active opportunities
- Leverage CRM reporting to identify, target, and reactivate dormant Loan Officers within National Accounts
- Support AEs by sharing actionable client feedback and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement
- Client Experience & Problem Resolution: Apply knowledge of the loan lifecycle and loan manufacturing process to help resolve client issues with the goal of securing initial loan submissions
- Coordinate internal resources (guidelines support, product training, scenario structuring) to meet client needs
- Act as a central point of contact to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and challenges
Onboarding & Training Support
- Assist with onboarding new accounts, including scheduling product demos and supporting portal/system training
- Present a high-level overview of company systems, processes, and technology to communicate the value proposition to prospective clients
- Deliver guideline overviews and product education in a clear, client-friendly format
CRM & Sales Activity Management
- Maintain consistent use of CRM and sales tools to track outreach, engagement, and opportunity development
- Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress
- Utilize data and reporting to prioritize outreach and drive measurable results
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of mortgage industry experience required
- Non-QM wholesale lending experience preferred
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and loan lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting sales teams, brokers, or third-party originators is highly desirable
