Responsibilities
- Manages daily production tasks.
- Follows company safety standards.
- Executes assigned tasks for electrical installation.
- Manages installations to meet all plans, specifications, applicable codes, or other governing documents.
- Requests direction and clarification from supervisor on production goals.
- Completes tasks in a timely fashion as assigned by supervisor.
- Possesses advanced expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, sizing, and other calculations, use of hand and power tools.
- Demonstrates proficiency and familiarity with use of proper hand and power tools and operation of related equipment.
- Models and mentors safe work practices at all times to co-workers and other industry team partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Four to five years or more related experience and/or training.
- Commercial electrical experience required.
Skills
- Knowledge in the use of NEC (National Electrical Code) book as reference material in performing or directing the performance of work.
- Knowledge of Veregy’s services and processes.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret project-related drawings and documentation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Time management and workload management skills.
- Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure.
