Requirements

• Must possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Maintenance Mechanic Millwright Card.
• Experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Proven on-the-job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work.
• Must follow all established facility rules, policies, and procedures.
• Must own or obtain necessary tools.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.
• Ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays, weekends, call-ins, and overtime outside of the normal workday.
• After one year of employment, shift eligibility is determined by seniority.
• Must communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

Skills

• Ability to work closely with production personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Problem-solving skills to share and implement ideas.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to reduce machine downtime.

Pay

Starting salary: $45.34 per hour.
