Main position responsibilities
- Inspect, change, adjust and maintain various units of glass forming machines and related equipment to maintain acceptable production levels.
- Check, weigh, and gauge ware.
- Make necessary adjustments to correct defects.
- Make minor repairs to forming machines and equipment.
- Instruct and assist Machine Operators.
- Aid with job changes.
- Check on availability of spare equipment.
- Remove jams on conveyors or stackers as necessary.
- Make necessary adjustments to feeders, conveyors, stackers, and other equipment.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
