EPI is hiring Journeyman-level Electricians (unlicensed) to support large-scale data center construction projects. Candidates should have solid commercial or industrial electrical experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. This role offers long-term project opportunities with consistent hours and potential for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Install conduit, cable tray, and grounding systems
- Pull and terminate feeders and branch circuits
- Assist with installation of switchgear, panels, PDUs, RPPs, and other electrical equipment
- Read and follow electrical drawings and layouts
- Follow direction from foremen and general foremen
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all site safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Journeyman-level electrical experience (license not required)
- Commercial or industrial electrical construction experience
- Data center or critical facility experience is a plus, not required
- Willingness to travel and move between projects as needed based on workload and schedules
- Ability to work overtime and different shifts if needed
- Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
- Must be able to pass required site screening and onboarding
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work different shifts as needed based on project demands
- Basic English proficiency is required for safety communication and blueprint reading
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Bend, sit, stand, and walk on uneven ground
- Use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls
- Make repetitive reaching and other movements with hands and arms
- Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Speak and listen
- Lift and/or move materials
- Perform close vision tasks and adjust focus

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must:
- Wear all company or project required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Regularly work in outside weather conditions
- Be aware of close moving mechanical parts
- Perform in high, precarious places
- Be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles
- Work in a loud noise environment
- Work scheduled/unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays, per the needs of the project
