Pay

$40-$50/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and actively listen to customers
• Run new electrical feed (mainly low voltage)
• Perform panel upgrades (service upgrades)
• Apply Generac experience/knowledge
• Conduct site visits
• Create accurate, complete stock lists
• Complete 100% of the electrical install checklist
• Avoid call backs
• Gain additional certifications and/or skills (e.g., Generac)
• Exceed weekly and monthly business goals
• Continuously grow technical skills
• Work independently to complete tasks

Requirements

• Massachusetts Journeyman License (required)
• Knowledge in low-voltage (required)
• Experience wiring heating/cooling equipment (required)
• Ability to pass criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen
• OSHA 10 certification (a plus)
• Old work experience (e.g., snaking wires)
• Generac certification (preferred)
• Experience with HVAC controls, relays, and zone bound
